With French training, after studying medicine in Paris and completing my obstetrics and gynecology residency in Caen, I worked for over 25 years as a hospital practitioner at the Évreux hospital in Normandy, where I headed the Women's-Mother-Children's division of the Évreux and Vernon hospitals.

Yes, it is possible to communicate directly by WhatsApp with Doctor Allouche, this is precisely one of the advantages of being followed in private consultation: you will be able to transfer to him by this means the results of your additional examinations, or to ask him the questions that you you will find necessary. He won't get back to you within a minute if he's busy, but he will get back to you.

The cost of the consultation is generally 500 shekels including ultrasound, but it can vary depending on the procedures or additional examinations carried out, such as smears or biopsies which are sent to the laboratory. The cost of a remote teleconsultation by appointment is 300 shekels. At the end of the consultation, you will receive an electronic invoice that you can possibly present to your insurance company.

- If you have previously taken out private insurance, the consultation may be reimbursed to you according to the terms of your contract and upon presentation of the invoice which will be given to you at the end of the consultation. Sometimes the insurer requests a consultation summary to authorize reimbursement: upon request, this summary will be written by me in Hebrew, and will be delivered to you in person. - if you have subscribed to the complementary insurance of your koupat holim, your consultation can only be reimbursed if you are pregnant within the framework of the "pregnancy basket" of this complementary insurance, upon presentation of my invoice.

Pregnancy monitoring takes place roughly as in France, with a monthly visit, additional examinations (blood test) and ultrasounds. It is advisable to schedule the first appointment between 7 and 8 weeks of amenorrhea in order to be able to precisely date the start of pregnancy using ultrasound. In addition to the clinical and ultrasound examination, during this first appointment, Dr Allouche will explain the methods of monitoring the pregnancy and will detail the examinations to be carried out throughout this monitoring with the benefits and risks of each exam. Appointments will then be spaced every 4 to 6 weeks until the end of the pregnancy. Additional examinations, blood tests and morphological ultrasounds will be prescribed to you, but they must be validated by the doctor at your koupat holim who will enter them into the software so that they are taken care of and you do not have to pay anything. Early and late obstetric morphological ultrasounds at 16 and 22 weeks will be carried out at the specialized ultrasound center in your koupat holim. Other obstetric ultrasounds of fetal growth can be carried out by Dr Allouche at the Ahuza clinic.

Yes, Dr Allouche performs gynecological ultrasounds using a recent, good quality ultrasound machine, allowing pelvic structures such as the uterus and ovaries to be visualized and any abnormalities to be detected.

Yes, Dr. Allouche places intrauterine devices in his office at Ahuza Clinic. A prior consultation must nevertheless be carried out before installation so that he can detail the advantages and disadvantages of each type of IUD and prescribe the one adapted to your health and your expectations. The IUD must be purchased in pharmacies with a prescription.

Unfortunately no, even if he is an obstetrician and works at Laniado hospital, Dr. Allouche cannot promise you that he will be present at your childbirth because he also works in several other places where he cannot abandon his patients at the last minute to go for your delivery.

Yes, if your cesarean section must be scheduled in Laniado Hospital at Netanya, Dr. Allouche will be able to take care of it personally provided he schedules it on a day when he is present at the hospital.

No, Dr Allouche cannot receive you for a scheduled non-urgent consultation in Laniado. Indeed, in Israel, the health system is designed so that consultations are carried out in kupat holim, the hospital being reserved for emergencies, childbirth and surgical interventions. However, if you need to consult the emergency department on a day when Dr Allouche is working there, he will obviously be able to see you there. Please note: to consult the Laniado emergency depatment, you absolutely must obtain a tofes 17 from your koupat holim.

No, private consultations are carried out at the Raanana office at Ahuza Clinic. However, if you are completely unable to go there, it is possible on an exceptional basis to see you in another private practice in Netanya, for an additional cost of the consultation.

No, morphological pregnancy ultrasounds (shkifout orpit, skirot maarekhot moukdemet and meukheret) must be carried out at the ultrasound center of your koupat holim. Only fetal growth ultrasounds will be performed in at Ahuza Clinic. Indeed, although he holds an inter-university diploma in obstetric ultrasound, and despite long experience in morphological ultrasound in France, Dr Allouche no longer performs these ultrasounds in Israel for reasons of insurance and medical equipment.

The ideal time to perform the first ultrasound of your pregnancy is between 7 and 8 weeks of gestation. This period is in fact sufficiently advanced to be able to visualize an embryo with cardiac activity and precisely date the start of the pregnancy, and early enough to have time to organize monitoring of the pregnancy.

Yes, the management of menopause is fully part of the skills of Doctor Allouche, who can offer you appropriate care for your situation.
